Richardson Architecture Limited is a RIBA Chartered Architect Practice based in Firle, in East Sussex. Our Architectural Services cover all of the Workstages on a standard project such as Feasibility, Drafting, Design, Planning Applications, Building Regulations, Contract Administration and on toward Practical Completion including providing Conveyance Plans and Sales Particulars. We carry out work throughout the South East of England.

WHAT WE DO
Specialist
We specialise in residential design for larger house extensions, replacement dwellings and small scale property developments. Since our inception we have now designed a vast array of different houses, and so have a huge amount of experience in what works visually and in terms of the spatial needs of the property.
We work in 3 dimensions, so that the buildings can be carefully set into the site contours, and then landscaping can be considered in detail at an early stage. The results are beautiful properties that nestle into the local context.
OUR APPROACH
Client Led
We try to base the scheme strongly on what our client's want, and then add our own expertise to arrive at the best possible design. Environmental issues and using sustainable techniques are encouraged and we tend to include these in a subtle way.
