Jim Richardson
Richardson Architecture Ltd was formed in 2006 by RIBA Architect Jim Richardson. Jim studied at the University of Brighton (where he was awarded a First Class degree) and subsequently in Brno, Czech Republic, then at Kingston University in London.
Richardson Architecture Ltd is fully RIBA Chartered and works on all stages of a project. We predominantly specialise in Housing Design, for private clients and developers.
Our approach to each project is Client led. We try to base the scheme strongly on what our client’s want, and then add our own expertise to arrive at the best possible design. Environmental issues and using sustainable techniques are encouraged and we tend to include these in a subtle way. We have no fixed style of design, and work on both traditional property designs, including many Listed Building projects, together with contemporary and highly eco-friendly proposals.
